Licensing Question

Hi All,

I have a licensing question, hope you guys can help me.

Do we need Procurement Contracts license to use Global Blanket Purchase Agreements in Oracle. Contract Authoring etc is done manually outside Oracle. We wish to use GBPA for sourcing purpose.

We have licensed Oracle Purchasing.
