Tools Upgrade from 8.52 to 8.53 or 8.54

Hi We are on People Tool 8.52 and application version for CRM/HRMS/PORTAL is 9.1.Now Client wants to upgrade People Tool 8.53 or 8.54 so my question is CRM/HRMS/PORTAL 9.1 will be support with 8.53/8.54 or not.Please update me ASAP.
