How to check receipt delivery tax accounting in 12.1.3

Hello.

Please guide how to check receipt delivery tax accounting in 12.1.3 version with navigaton , I know it is availaable in 12.0.6 in receipt localized >>> view Accounting

How to check in 12.1.3 ? is there any change in this feature in this version ?

Also let me know the recoverable flag check or uncheck impact in tax .
