using two RTE templates in single PeopleSoft component

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

We are current using PeopleTools 8.53 with CS 9.

We created 2 Custom templates for the Rich text Editor and using  it in 2 different pages (but are in same component), Each page contains one template.  when we navigate the pages inititaly it loads the tool bars and RTE format correct, but when we upload file/image in one template and go back to other peoplesoft page, then the original template was replaced by recently used template.. how should we fix this issue?. please advise.
