Using plan copy feature the import job is taking longer than expected

Hi,

Can someone please give the information regarding the benchmark timings for plan import using the plan copy feature.When i am trying to do it, takes a long time around 5 minutes for one plan.Please give the standard benchmark timings for this feature and is there a way to improve the timings.
