Multi Language Translations

We are going for a Multi Language Implementations. During Implementation we are apllying translations to all the necessary areas right from Pge Field Description till the setup up data. The doubt which i have is that Post Implementation, if i need to add new value to the setup data and it related language table how can i achieve it? Is there any recommended mechanism to update new values/translations after Implementation sth like some upload process or online data entry page to handle this?
