Inter-State Purchase applicable taxes for Non Inventory Item (Expense and Asset items)

Hi Folks,

Could some one list out the taxes applicable for Inter state purchases for non manufacturing item?

Ex:- Dell is selling Laptop it is manufacturing item for dell, but end customer (Our company it is asset item) so how we can progress this transaction in Oracle
