Problem deleting/removing users and groups from OID to OIM (LDAP Synchronization Not Working)

in Identity Management (MOSC)

We are running into Production issues where we are trying to clean up our UAT and Production OID LDAP and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) for 'go-live' tomorrow. We can delete users, their group memberships from OID LDAP. However, even OIM11gR1 (11.1.1.5.10) LDAP Scheduler jobs (incremental and full reconciliation) are running periodically (incremental ones from 1-5 minutes) and full recon (manually on demand), these deleted users and updates to user profile data from OID to OIM is not happening.

This is a major show-stopper for going live because:

1) We cannot delete/cleanup our Production OIM database from test users, groups/roles, organizations, and authorization policies for production go-live.
