Mailer: Email Body missing

Hi,

IHAC on 12.0.6 version and noticing interimittent issue with Email FMK Body getting missed.

Workaround:

Run Autoconfig.

Issue:

+ It happens for multiple notification types (requisition approvals/invoice approvals) or be it any with framework region.

+ No information in mailer log as delivery is success.

+ Nothing related to WF profiles.

+ No speicifc customization w.r.t Workflow in $CONTEXT_FILE due to which this gets resolved.

+ No issue with same notification having issue in email, while you logic to application and access from worklist

+ Notification Message in XML format and Notification Message from WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT is CORRECT for both working and non working from WFMLRDBG.sql
