Concession_rate column in Item_supplier

Dear Support Team,

We are using Oracle Retail 12.x  and for the concession item in RMS, CONCESSION_RATE column is showing as NULL in ITEM_SUPPLIER table, Which causing  data discrepancy between ReSA and RMS data for a business date.

Please explain how to update the Concession_rate in Item_supplier and other tables which to be updated in RMS,SIM,RPM AND RESA.

Kindly update asap.
