The PeopleTools 8.54 Upgrade Change Package Does Not Show Up In Change Assistant. (Doc ID 1926967.1)

E-UPG - The PeopleTools 8.54 Upgrade Change Package Does Not Show Up In Change Assistant. (Doc ID 1926967.1). 

There  have been three situations  where a customer reported that Change Assistant is not able to view the PT 8.54 upgrade change package.  It was figured out this issue was caused because the PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG table contained a row for Update 610232 (HRMS 8.8 SP1 Bundle #7) where the RELEASELABEL value was “PeopleTools 8.88.01.339”.  When creating the database in Change Assistant for the PT 8.54 upgrade, Change Assistant queries the PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG table and sees the row.  It then thinks that the PeopleTools release is 8.88.01.339,  and does not display the PT 8.54 change package.
