On running Entitlement Post Delete Processing Job - the entitlement grant entry is removed from the ENT_ASSIGN table. Please clarify what is this grant entry and i want to add back this grant entry for some entitlements. We cleaned up entitlements and ran the job Entitlement Post Delete Processing Job. But what is happening is that any entitlement that is added it is triggering the revoke of the entitlement for all users. How would we add back the grant entry for the entitlements in ENT_ASSIGN table?
