Where to download PT 8.53 install files?

I found 8.54 install files only on edelivery.oracle.com.

Where can I download PT 8.53 and its related (weblogic, tuxedo) install files?

We are working on an upgrade from FSCM 9.0 to 9.2 and found out that 8.54 is no longer compatible with IE 8. And our company is not going to migrate all users to IE11 until late 2015.

We are thinking to go to 8.53. Do you know if I can simply delete the PS_HOME (PS_APP_HOME, PS_CFG_HOME) directories, uninstall weblogic, tuxedo and take it from there?
