Can see reports in "Process monitor" but not in "report manager"

Hello Guys,

I am facing this issue for a few users, working fine for other users..These selected users who are unable to view the reports can see that their process went to success in process monitor but can view it in report manager....These reports were run just yesterday and so, there is no way purge process has cleared them and also, we have a retention of 180 days, so we can rule out the possibility of purge process clearing these reports...I checked in table PSRF_RINFO_TBL as well and could not find the report there as well....But the reports are available on the
