Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When does PSSTATUS for current Database get updated to new release

Hi,

Need some advice on an issue that we cannot seem to get a clear answer on.

We are in the process of doing an upgrade from FSCM 9.1 Tools release 8.52 to FSCM 9.2 Tools 8.53.

We have manually created the MS SQL Server Demo database (9.2/8.53.16) and it is up and running.

The issue is that the Copy of Production database and Current Demo databases are still on the 8.52 release.

When we attempt to run the EMAgent, we are receiving the following error:

The database is at release 8.52. The PeopleTools being run require databases at release 8.53.

I realize that the PSSTATUS needs to be updated to the new release level, but where in the documentation is this step referenced?
