How to derive price by PO creation date other than needby date price in price list

a). When a Need-By date on a Requisition/PO line exists, Advanced Pricing uses the Need-By date to populate the Price from the Price Lists.
b). When a Need-By date on a Requisition/PO line doesnt exist, Advanced Pricing uses the creation date of the Requisition/PO line to populate the Price from the Price Lists.

But if I would like to use PO creation date to get price, and I can't make needby-date to null, due to
