Any change management tool for PS?

Hi,

My customer is using a third party change management tool called CAPI for PeopleSoft FMS 9.1. They are now planning to upgrade to 9.2 version. Is there any similar Oracle tool that Oracle can propose to replace CAPI with it? Is PUM can be an option?
