Need to Cancel the PO in 'IN Progress' Status

Hi All,

We have some of the POs which are stuck in 'IN Process' status and wanted to close this POs from EBS, We cannot update document to 'Approved' status because as soon as PO got approved EDI system will process those POs and it will create lot of confusions to suppliers. There are many reasons to stuck PO in inprocess status. One reason is, user is no longer present with organization to take action on POs.

Could you please suggest if you have any solution for this issue?
