Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a way for FCM to notify a user that a particular task has been submitted/closed?

Other than the normal owner / assignee / approvers. Someone who just needs to be notified when certain / key tasks have been completed.
