How to change the Middleware Home folder name after installation of my IDM Suite?

Hi,

We installed the OAM 11.1.1.5 in Middleware Home /u01/fmw11g1035 on Linux years ago. Now we find the middleware home name /u01/fmw11g1035 is not a good name and like to change it to a more generic name like /u01/fmwOAM. 

What are the approach and steps to change the Middleware Home name on Linux? We want to make sure there is no impact to the existing middleware after the middleware home name change.
