RMS 14 compatibility with Other oracle products with lower versions

Hi - Would like to know if RMS 14 is compatible with SIM 13.2, RDF 13.2 and POS 13.2. Client want to upgrade only RMS from 13.2 to 14 and other stack of products to be remained in 13.2. Is this possible or do you see any risks.
