Can we have alerts of RIB Publishers?

Hi All,

We are facing the issue of RIB 13.2.6 Publishers & Subscribers going down, do we have any configuration of alerts when the Publisher or Subscribers are down.How do we stop the Publishers or Subscribers going down frequently?
