Identity and Access Management 11.1.1.7

in Identity Management (MOSC)

Why would I want to install/upgrade from 11GR1PS1 (11.1.1.5) to 11GR1PS2 (11.1.1.7) for Identity and Access Management (OIM/OAM/OAAM when end of premier support for R1 is June 2015?  Wouldn't I want to be moving to R2?

I just noticed that they released it but am unsure of its purpose.
