Sales / Job order release sometime doesn't sent email

Hello,

This problem is nagging too much So i want to bring this to this community so some one might help.

1) Sometimes - If suppose we do Ten JOB ORDER than only 8-9 email alert will be fired. what abt the one missing how to trace it and how to know where exactly it stuck ?

other problems

2) Some time - we get multiple mails of a single JOB / SALES release.

3) Sometimes - We get very very delayed notification/mail/alert of a job order released months back (yes months) So suppose JO is released on 21 feb 2014 the alert will be fired on sept 2014 any where there is no specific time..
