Collection level is Bill-To, but no Customer profile created for Bill-To site. Will Dunning Letter s

Hi,

Our organization has Collection activity level as "Bill-To".

While some of the customers have customer profiles created for the Bill-To site, there are some customers where Bill-To site doesn't contain a customer profile. (As in when you click on "Profile" tab at Bill-To level, system asks you to create a Customer Profile).

In such case, will the Dunning Letter still get generated for such Bill-To sites?

As of now, we are not able to generate Dunning Letters for Bill-To sites where Customer profile doesn't exist.

Please help.
