OIM revoke or disable users challenge questions

Hi,

I would like to reduce the number of challenge questions which are defined in the customResources_en.properties file and in the OIM design console (lookup.WebClient.Questions)

If I was just to remove a question from these files and in the design console in OIM (for example Q11) all users which currenely have challenge questions set will be presented with the following error:

"Can't find resouce for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key global.Lookup.WebClient.Questions.Q11"

Is it possible to revoke or disable specific challenge questions for all users?
