Oracle IAM 11.1.2.2 Installation - POST CONFIG STAGE ERROR

All the earlier stages are completed successfully, during the postconfig stage the following error occur, any feedback is appreciated, we have tried starting from the first step several times. 

Starting server wls_oim1 ....Server 'wls_oim1' has already been started

No stack trace available.

This Exception occurred at Sun Oct 19 15:00:14 EDT 2014.

  1. weblogic.management.scripting.ScriptException: Error occured while performing start : Server with name wls_oim1 failed to be started
