peoplesoft eprocuremnet cannot open the print view of a requisition

when  in eprocurement manage requisition when trying to view the printablel format of a requisition (select action - view printable version - go)

I receive a red exclamation point.    Someone made change to my workstation recently (this worked prior to the changes) and I am now unable to

view the document..  it create an htm document that it then opens in IE, but I receive the red exclamation point.    Are there any ie setting that may be stopping me from

opening an htm document
