PSADMIN tools not updated to latest version

Hi all,

I notice some weird behavior with the psadmin.exe tool, which doesn't show the proper version of PeopleTools even after the minor patch is applied. My server is running on Solaris SPARC 64bit. I applied minor tools patch 8.54.03 to the PS_HOME but after the installation completed I want to use the psadmin tool to  start my servers, but I notice that the PeopleTools Release still showing 8.54.01 instead of 8.54.03.

I double check the installation log and found no error recorded. Anyone knows what went wrong?
