mailer issue releated with incorrect mail adress

Hi Experts

Could you share me your opinion on the following issue.

Issue:

After approver rejected PR 234 , Mail delivery system tried to sent mail to xxxx@deli.con which is an incorrect mail address every two minutes,

other mails can not be sent

title:Closed:Purchase Requisition 234 has been rejected

To: xxxx@deli.con

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups

xxxx@deli.con

A problem occurred and this message couldn't be delivered.check to be sure the e-mail address is correct.

If the problem continues,please contact your help desk
