IRTP failed with Non cenvatable/recoverable taxes doesnot exist. As a result, no Accounting/Costing

Hello,

I see that Tax has not flown to Receipt and I see the message "Non cenvatable/recoverable taxes doesnot exist. As a result, no Accounting/Costing" in the jai_rcv_trasnactions for the DELIVER transaction.

However, the tax exists in the PO which belongs to FY 2012 and Receipt was done in Sep-2014.

Please advise.
