Excise Invoice generation against export oriented unit ending with error ORA-20001: JAI_EXCEPTION_OC

Hi Everyone,

When we try to generate excise invoice generation against Export Oriented Unit, the concurrent 'India-Excise Invoice Generation' ending with error ORA-20001: JAI_EXCEPTION_OCCURED (JAI_PROCESS_MSG=jai_om_wsh_prc_pkg.excise_balance_check.Err:ORA-20120: The Excise Component Balances are not sufficient).

Please find attached screenshot of register balances of export oriented unit.

SETUPS MADE/ EXPORT ORIENTED UNIT:

1. Defined Manufacturing Organization as 'Export Oriented Unit' by enabling the check box in additional org information.

2. Defined Bond Register with register type 'Export with Excise' and assigned Order type.

3. Defined Excise generation in Org Additional Info by assigning bond registered order type.
