PeopleSoft - Weblogic ./bsu.sh -report errors java.lang.NullPointerException

I am attempting to determine our web logic applied patches.  In two servers the command runs successfully and provides a the expected output.  But on 4 servers I get the following:

./bsu.sh -report

java.lang.NullPointerException

I am on weblogic 10.3.6.0

Any Ideas as to how to resolve?  Thank you.
