PeopleSoft SES 9.2 - User PS not authorized to invoke Service Operation PTSF_CRAWLER_CFG. (158,536)

I've upgraded an HRMS 9.1 db  to 9.2, when trying to run diagnostics for SES, in errorlog appears User PS not authorized to invoke Service Operation PTSF_CRAWLER_CFG. (158,536).

Already checked permissions (the Service Operation has no permission verification), anyhow, I've checked permission lists, users, etc.

I also created a new user with the search roles and peoplesoft administrator and peoplesoft user and the error is that the password is not correct (which it is).

Did someone have these issues? Any thoughts?
