Asnout message from RWMS TO RMS failed in Hospital

Customer order created in RMS which generated Stock Order to WMS for the required inventory for the Store to full fill the customer order so when RWMS in return generated the ASNOUT message to RMS it fell in rms rib logs with the following error:

ASNOUTCRE, Error: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_ASNOUT.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] You do not have access to Transfer 3000000708.


Can anyone help to resolve this issue?
