How to install instant client on a Windows Server 2008?

I am trying to install an instant client on a Windows 2008 64-bit server? I downloaded the instantclient software but I have no idea how to install the software. The documentation that I found from Oracle is not very helpful either. I know the DBA and administrators who does it on a daily basis, it would not be a big deal, but the lack proper documentation is a big deal for most Oracle IT user.
