PS/nVision "1004 - Microsoft Excel" VBA Error

We are upgrading from PeopleTools 8.51 to 8.53 (also upgrading from PeopleSoft 9.0 to 9.2).  When we run PS/nVision report books and report requests online, we receive the following Microsoft Excel #1004 error messages:

Error Message 1:

1004 - Microsoft Excel cannot access the file 'filename'. There are several possible reasons:

.. The file name or path does not exist.

.. The file is being used by another program.

.. The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.

Error Message 2:

Error Number is 1004 => Application-defined or object-defined error

Has anyone experienced the same issue?  How did you resolve it?

Thank you in advance.
