INASMAKE_90 in the new win64 folder delivered with CS 9.0 bundle# 35

I noticed a new win64 folder in COBOL SRC with inasmake_90 delivered with CS 9.0 Bundle# 35. It probably is for customers with PT 8.54. However, we are at PT 8.53 and wondering if I need to compile cobols with the win64 inasmake or with win32?
