Applying a credit voucher to a prepaid voucher

Hello,

According to Doc ID 1098356.1 the ability to apply a credit voucher to a prepaid voucher was added in 9.2. However when I navigate to the
Apply Vouchers to Prepayment screen I cannot select a credit voucher.

I don't suppose anyone is familiar with credit and prepaid vouchers that can comment?
