PeopleTools 8.52.24 update issue - scrambled SYSADM1

Has anyone else experienced an issue where the Username and Password in the PSACCESSPRFL table will get scrambled with the APP server is started or stopped after upgrading to PeopleTools 8.52.24?  This also occurs if the CLi version of datamover (also 8.52.24) attempts to update the password
