Unable to psadmin.exe after installing Pt 8.53.16 and tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 in windows 2008 r2 64 bit

Hi,
I have installed Pt 8.53.16 in Windows 2008 R2 64 bit machine. I also installed tuxedo 11gr1 (11.1.1.2.0) 64 bit on the same server. Now when i am trying to launch psadmin.exe it is throwing error that Peopletools has stopped working.


I checked the registry entry is there

there is no entry for tuxedo in Wow6432Node

Tuxdir paramater is setup in registry and environemnt variables

Ps_home is setup correctly

pt and tuxedo installation is successfull

I have installed oracle 32 bit client of 11.2.0.4 as of now

I am able to login in application designer


Please suggest what is missing and what is creating this issue?
