Integration broker for visa credit card message stopped working

We have been processing our VISA credit card data via integration broker for months and now all of a sudden the transactions are not loading.  Everything seems to be fine in IB and i can see the XML and all data is there but it will not load.  Nothing has changed in our IB configuration.  Can anyone out there offer any suggestions or even where to look?  Thanks in advance.
