Issue running Connect Query via Query Access Service

Does anybody have an example of how we would run a Connected Query via Query Access Service.  Following PeopleBooks but it does not seem to be working.   Testing with SOAPUI and have regular non-Connected queries working fine.

Keep getting error about output type or format: "Connected Query can only be run to file with BIP format. (228,119)"or " Invalid OutResultFormat.  Valid value(s) are 'NonFile'. (228,127)"

PeopleBooks indicates OutResultType must be XMLP and OutResultFormat must be FILE

Example of request message being used.  Any insight would be greatfull.
