FSCM 9.1 - How to export/import configuration from one environment to other

Hello gurus,

Please let me know how to export & import configuration for the sub-modules from one environment to another. How to find all the tables involved that were configured and have values set.  Can we do using data mover?  Sample scripts will be of great help.
