esso self service password reset wizard does not appear while clicking on the link 'Forgot your pass

Hi

I am using esso 11.1.2.0.0 I have installed and configured as per the oracle documentation and create custom msi and installed on test client workstation. But when I click on the link 'Forgot your password?click here to reset it' password reset wizard does not appear. iis log says 401 http error code.

Would appreciate any urget help. Can anyone help me to solve the issue?
