PSJOBS Stuck in Posting....

Hello guys,

I am facing an issue with my PT 8.47 tools and FSCM 8.9 application wherein the PSJOBS are stuck in posting....All the child processes encapsulated in the PSJobs are able to get posted but the PSJob is stuck in posting....When I ran a sample AE or an SQR, it is able to get posted...So, i issue is just with the PSJobs and not even its child processes....

I referred the Oracle article - 656567.1 that explains this issue...But, there is no definite solution to this....Yesterday, there were around 12 jobs in posting and as guided by Oracle, I ran an SQL to change diststatus to POSTED..This would not harm as the child processes were already posted and so, users were able to view their reports....I did this to clear the backlog on distribution agent...But today again, 17 jobs are stuck in posting...
