How to control?

Inbound processing is enabled. That means user can use email to response "Approve" or "Reject" action through email.

However,  found that it is a site level configuration.

Once it is enabled, all the workflow have to compulsory enable this feature.

Now  we would like to explore any option or setup or programming parameter in Oracle workflow that can control this feature to disable/enable the response.
