Error message with Smartview in Outlook

Version 11.1.2.3.500

I am able to make the Shared Connection to FCM, but when I try and do "Open Task List" I always get the following message:

"You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation."

I have tried logging into SV as the admin and the assignee, but it always comes back with this message and I'm unable to add any FCM tasks into Outlook.

Is this a Shared Service access issue or some sort of SV / Outlook issue or a issue because I am not an admin on my laptop?
