Tafr Issue -> RMS to SIM

Hi,

I'm having some issues with sending messages from RMS to SIM. I figured out that the problem was in Tafr because the ITEM_PUB_INFO on RMS said that the message has been published succesully and SIM was working fine without any issues.

On checking the TAFR logs, i found a bunch of these errors below. These errors popped up immediately after the restart of the tafr weblogic instance.

kException: Could not prepare resource 'rib-tafr-hosp-managed-datasource_domain_oprib_spt01
