PSOPRDEFN: Table or view does not exist

I've done a fresh install of ELM 9.2 with Oracle and everything has gone quite smoothly up until the point where I had to build the tables of the PPLTS84CUR in AppDesigner. AppDesigner kept just closing without a message. I then had to stop what I was doing and when I rebooted the system again I couldn't boot the appserver anymore because PSOPRDEFN has disappeared! I can select on it etc. within SQL Developer but as soon as I go to SQLPLUS it tells me it doesn't exist! What do I do? Any ideas anyone? There are no further logs
